Everything about this was PERFECT! I bought a small remnant and they treated me as if I were carpeting a 15-room home! Paul immediately approached me when I came in and ushered me to the remnants with a smile. He picked out matches to my color scheme, gave me a ballpark price including pad and installation, and provided me samples to take home. He came that day to measure. Karen in LaGrange was fantastic! She educated me and also made the effort to explore what I wanted and needed. The choices, the price, the service and the installation was second to none! None of the "rip-off" stuff at the three other carpet locations I visited that scared me away. The carpeting is gorgeous - incredible quality for the price. I am grateful and my Husband is So happy! A great result. This project had some surprises (which nobody ever wants), but the result is what matters. The two crews took their work seriously and made all the small details work. I had two rooms carpeted and one room get vinyl plank/tiles. Both went in swiftly and with attention to detail. One of the surprises was a quality problem with the tiles. We could not ask for a better experience. Each step of the process went perfectly! My husband and I are new to the area and visited DeSitter for a new floor in a downstairs basement bedroom after a water problem. Hana did a great job helping us. She is knowledgeable and builds a great relationship with her customers. We are very happy with DeSitter and will definitely recommend to others.

I worked with Karen in LaGrange and, as she has helped in the past, the project of carpeting four upstairs bedrooms was accomplished with great success. The installers were very polite and worked continually to get the job done in one day and their work was right on!!
