We used DeSitter flooring to install a carpet runner on our staircase with 2 landings. We then had them create an area rug out of the same carpet. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions.

DeSitter installed new carpet in 3 bedrooms in our new house. Our sales person, Paul in Glen Ellen, was amazing to work with. He was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He even came by the house on his day off to measure the rooms. Installation went well except for learning an issue with the baseboard (that existed before the carpet install). We recently had new carpet installed in our master bedroom and closet. DeSitter was kind enough to hold the carpet for us several months after we ordered it, as our project took a bit longer to complete than anticipated. Installation went smoothly. Tim O'Brien in Sales was very helpful and professional. My only "complaint" was that installers failed to mention to us that one of the doors now needed to be adjusted (planed) in order to properly fit. This is our third carpet that we bought from DeSitter's, over the years and we were very pleased with the sales staff (Paul Massey), and with the quality of the carpet. Paul was helpful and made excellent suggestions and answered our questions. Details of ordering were a bit complicated becasue of unrelated issues, and the sales staff was flexible and helpful. The installation was perfect and we are very happy with the resulting pad and carpet.
