They got the parts here really fast but sent the wrong pads. We ordered a whole kit so the fact that the pads didn’t fit in the caliper they sent was pretty weird. They did refund most of what it cost her to buy the right pads so that was mostly nice. We also offered to buy a eBay kit and just pick it up. Was told it was fine but when the lady went to get it she was sold just a couple parts out of the kit for more money instead of the kit she was asking for. I have used their products for several projects. Quality parts, competitive prices, excellent shipping time. Customer service is surprisingly good for this day and age. If you call, you immediately get a real person. Robbie A. answered my last call and was extremely helpful, courteous and helped make sure I got what I needed, for a really good price. A+ :)
if I could give less than one star I would. the only thing worth a star at this point is Tyler from customer service taking control to make sure things are right. Thank you for making OEM affordable parts. Saved me thousands of dollars! Replaced my entire suspension for around $500 and got an alignment for $100 and boom. All fixed and drives amazing now!
Robbie from the Ferndale Michigan location went out of his way to get me the lowest prices and best deal possible for the parts I needed. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the parts.
