I made an order and once received (delayed shipping :( ) I noticed I ordered the wrong parts contacted DA and received a return shipping label. I was told it would take 5 days to process the returned parts to verify no damage and still in new condition (I never opener the box) returned the wrong parts and tried ordering the proper ones. everything was done via email until I wanted to place the order. Ordered a set of wheel hubs for my 04 f350 back in December 2022. They wore out by April of 2023. Called and placed a warranty ticket. All I had to do is send in a copy of the invoice stating they were bad and they sent me replacements. Very easy process. Definitely will be doing business with them again.
