I don’t know him, I have no idea how talented he is but none of that matters when he has complete disregard for human decency. As a surgical nurse of 25 years myself, NEVER would I want him to be my surgeon. Absolutely gross behavior.

Talks down to staff. Takes no accountability for his actions. If he is willing to lie on a nurse that says alot about how truthful he will be to others.
Go somewhere that the doctor doesn't throw tantrums and demean nurses. It creates a safety hazard for the patient. You really don't want a doc with a god complex. He says that he is performing "revolutionary surgery" and the last time we heard that come from a surgeon was Dr. Christopher Dunch.
Surgeon has no patience and is obviously not in a good mental space to be working in high intensity situations
HORRIBLE!!!! YOU COULD NOT DO YOUR JOB WITHOUT NURSES. I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT. I can only imagine what your family has to put up with. Prayers for whatever you have going on that entices you to behave this way. And, I hope that nurse and any other nurse you’ve treated this ways wins a lawsuit and their job back, if they still want it. PATHETIC!
Here in the US.. there are about 4 RNs for every doctor.. That ratio reflects a healthcare model grounded in teamwork and strong nursing care.. So berating or cussing out your RN mid-surgery- no matter the stress.. isn’t “tough leadership.” It’s TOXIC and unacceptable.. You even bragged about it?! That’s not pride, that’s arrogance.. Get off your high horse.. 🐴 It’s not your kingdom.. it’s a TEAM. Patients deserve better.. So does your staff!!
