Abusive, angry surgeon. Supposed to be a leader but instead belittles and verbally abuses staff members, thus contributing to an unsafe work environment and patient care area. Would not even let this surgeon operate on my dog much less a human
This Dr Ara is an abuser!!! What a hostile work environment!! Poor staff!! I can guarantee he talks 💩 about his patients as they lie unconscious on the operating table!! I would be embarrassed to be your mother!!
Do your homework and look how this Dr treats his staff. Being in healthcare, I know for my patients to be able to receive the best care, there needs to be great communication between physicians and nurses and other healthcare involved with a patient. This man is a misogynistic a-hole with a foul mouth & a god complex. it's an easy find to see his temperament.
I would not want someone so emotionally disregulated and abusive to staff operating on me. Seemed way to distracted. Its everyone's job esp the surgeon to make sure all equipment is up to snuff. And berating someone who's telling you on their end the equipment is OK ...doesn't make sense. And posting on Facebook? Dr. isn't making wise or good decisions - not someone who should be doing delicate surgery.
Doctor disrespects nurses/staff. It's essential to show respect and dignity toward the entire healthcare team.
