I had a DLDR C56 c67 in 2019 for Loss of left arm and hand function and muscle waste, plus neck ache. Brilliant surgery / lovely staff. Clean facilities. Great outcome for me with return of sensation and function. It is worth noting that in my view you’ll get the best outcome if you also commit to improve overall physical fitness. I’ve stuck to the excercise regime and still get little improvements.
