While starting our refi, Devin and his team explained the process and was very patient with our questions. There was a hiccup. On signing day, we owed $2. When the title company showed the paperwork, that number jumped to $2k, and we had to walk. Within 3 hrs, Devin's team figured out the issue with the title co., but the title co. could not fit us in that night. Devin team scheduled and paid for a notary to come to our house to sign. Problem solved. Great team! Thanks Team Devin!
