Makenna McDonald did a great job helping us recover from a scam incident in which all our account information was compromised. She helped us set up new accounts and move money into them, and told us how to go about completing the transfers. When everything was going into the new accounts she closed out the old accounts for us. We feel she did an extremely wonderful job of helping us.
