The employees are very friendly and helpful which is the reason I gave five stars. I'm not necessarily a fan of some of the new rules that DFCU brought in when they bought out First Citrus because I thought First Citrus was the greatest bank I had ever done business at.
I cannot believe there are only two fabulous reviews on this bank! They are the best! We have been with them for twenty years and they have never disappointed us! They are knowledgable, professional, and above all else they treat you like royalty! I wish I could give them 10 stars!
After years of banking with first citrus bank (now DFCU), I remain 100% satisfied. It's a pleasure to visit my "friends".
