Diamond Knot has been producing handcrafted, microbrewed beers and distributing them to the greater Puget Sound area from our Mukilteo location since 1994. Our second of three breweries, the Production Brewery is a 15-barrel system where we produce most of our regular brews. Just had dinner at the new one in Mountlake Terrace and it was great! My new "go to" place. Staff was attentive and the menu has something for everybody. Can't wait to try breakfast on the weekends.
Mountlake Terrace has one and its AWESOME! love the environment and food is great. I went to lunch with a friend andvit wss the best choice. I had the fried chicken meatloaf and no kidding..This is one manly dish. Women if you can't throw down don't eat here. For the woman within.
This place is simple/rustic yet serves all your beer-craving needs. Additionally, every staff member I've interacted with so far is super friendly and very passionate about the beer that they produce. The beer itself is pretty tasty... I recommend the Poop Deck (hehe, still can't say it while keeping a straight face) and the Ho! Ho! (but it's seasonal, so get it while you can!).
Diamond Knot Brewery produces amazing beer. I've had enjoyed their beer for several years. I think it's best to break the review into 3 parts; beer, food, location. Beer: No doubt it's awesome. I've been there several times with co-workers who are not beer drinkers and they LOVE the cider. If beer isn't your thing the cider will make you satisfied. Food: Hot rock rueben- that's it. One of my favorites since I recently moved to the Seattle area. My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE their beer. They have a wonderful menu that's great for a lunch or evening. My favorite is their cajun tortellini w/grilled salmon. I've honestly never had better tasting salmon. The plate is extensive - I always take half home with me and make it my dinner for the following night. Great place for a casual date or a place to go with friends!
Very easy review, this is a fantastic brewery, with amazing food, and great service. If you are in the mood for a strong buzz try out a beer or two as they are all pretty strong beers. Yet with the high alcohol concentration the taste is fantastic, I suggest the IPA. After a beer or two, if you want a snack try the crab and artichoke dip, the flavor is great and its served with great bread. The beer and atmpshpere are great. We have been there a few times, and have come to prefer the slower vibe on Saturday compared to the hustle and bustle (and line) on Friday. The server, Chris, is always helpful and points out when a new brew is on tap. I only wish the Front Street Bitter was on tap at B2 year round!
Came in for the first time about a month ago. Place was packed and I realized quickly why. Excellent beer and top notch food. I'll definitely be back.
Loved the beer, not crazy about the service. That being said, I've only been here once. The beer is great, great, I mean, BROWN ALE! If you go here, that is what I would strongly recommend that you drink. Because, well, it's delicious, why else!? Server dude was super "bro", really annoying, and kind rude, and I think all the weird pestering comments make my other half feel like she was about to smack him. But she didn't. So it was good.
