Diamond Knot has been producing handcrafted, microbrewed beers and distributing them to the greater Puget Sound area from our Mukilteo location since 1994. Our second of three breweries, the Production Brewery is a 15-barrel system where we produce most of our regular brews. $4 pints, but feel free to ask for tastings. the tasting area is super small...its a bar with 4 stools (5 maybe). there are no other seating (at least none that were set up the day we were there). the beer is descent, although the aromas of the beers are really strong for some reason. i had a taste of the hef and was drawn away by the smell of it :( and i'm usually a hef drinker. i tasted some of the other IPA's but i don't care for them. if you ask, they will set out some pretzels for you to munch on but that's about it. ... read more
Great local place. My husband and I went to diamond for a date and had a blast. The bartenders were great, beer and food was good and the location is breathtaking. The people were down to earth and no drama.
it's a taproom in a warehouse. The beer seems way better here than "down the hill" for some reason. They recently expanded and now have CHAIRS!!! w00t. No food. No table service. Outdoor seating weather permitting.
Went there last night to check it out and there was a private party I asked if I can stay and just taste some of there beer like the front street bitter and there industrial the bartender Janelle said sure and just included me into the party and wow I ended up having 6 differnet beers (forgot to write down which ones). I got to meet the brewer and bend his ear .Nice people and great beer. (Thank you Janelle for letting me stay)
My first time at B2 and I will be back, I love the front street location but I also like being in amongst the tanks, bags of malt, etc. and they have beer that is not available at their other locations. and only 6 minutes form I-5 --BONUS!!
I LOVE Diamond Knot. If I'm craving a beer, its usually a Diamond Knot beer. CHRIS and JAIME always go the extra mile, and the service is awesome. I will always come back.
Friday nights are off the hook! The bartender is always extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a good time. Thanks Jamie!
I'm a fan of the Diamond Knot, so when my broheim told me they have another location (it's their production brewery located in an industrial area, and it is laughingly referred to as "B2"), I commanded him to take me. We had to load up three growlers, weren't in the mood for the crowdiness of the Front St. location, and thought this was a perfect time to pop my B2 cherry.
