felt like there were surprise of what information needed to be sent. and after it was all sent when we thought we gave all of it up popped more info needing to be sent. happened on a few different ocassions.

Closing process could have gone better. Closing was delayed by 2 weeks due to underwriting and other loans were put in front of ours. Clearer communication when it came to who was on his team that would be needing our personal information through emails.

Better communication between the bank and the customers. Your company has a lot of good reviews but a most recent one shows that the ball was dropped on paperwork five days before closing and they had to end up going with another lender. Every time I would email to have a question answered after the first week of speaking directly With my contact, that was the end of communication. He left the country and never left an out of office, he never would answer his phone or told anyone regarding my loan that he was going on vacati... read more

Having all documents that needed signing in a timely manner & all papers & requirements needed by me, to have a list given to me & dates needed by, so, that my closing date could have been met. All contract leverage was given to seller because paperwork wasn?? presented to the underwriter on time to close by contract date. It was a very stressful unpleasant experience. And, I might add, very unnecessary!!! The additional time it took ended up costing a lot more money & time in making this move.

William was usually quick to respond to our queries, but the process overall was reactive. I wish there was a more proactive approach to explain to us the steps in the process and what to expect, as well as introductions to the team. That would have prevented mistakes throughout the process.

I have a better than average credit rating. i was looking to refinance the house i am living in to take advantage of the lower rates. i was only asking for about half the market value of the house. it should have been a no brainer with minimal effort and paper work.
