The time sensitivity of my situation was vital, the fact that he said the appraiser should have met a deadline and it passed and he did not seem concerned was very unprofessional. Also when this was occurring through the holidays not realizing that the Fed would be closed certain days (along with the attorneys and other vital businesses) on days in January when he could have taken care of things in December before the last minute. I think perhaps I was William's first client with a rental property, and I also think he is used to working with clients in a higher price bracket.
