Stay away from this agency.... When time comes to return your security deposit you will be charged for things you will not believe.... PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away from this rental company at ALL costs!! My 3 roommates and I rented a house that was advertised to be a 4 bedroom; however, it was originally designed to fit 3. It was pretty cramped and very dirty when we moved in, but hey, my roommates and I were college students so it was great to finally just have a house to ourselves. Renters Beware! This company is laughable at best. I rented one of their condos for 2 years. It was supposed to be the "newer updated model" if it was I'm sure my neighbors were living in slum like conditions. The roof leaked in my bedroom for over a year. I had to put my mattress in the middle of my room to prevent all of my things being destroyed. It remained like that for the entire duration of my stay. Oh! And they knew about it. Thinking about renting from Diana Perry? THINK AGAIN!!! I transferred to Wilmington just over 2 years ago and needed to find a place to live ASAP. With time being short I took the first thing I saw. Most unprofessional group I have ever worked with. I wish I read the reviews before we signed a lease with them. You can see the only good ones are from owners and not residents. The managers will NEVER speak to you. It is a shady, shady, way to do business. Please do not rent from Dianne Perry Co. This is one of the shadiest rental companies I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with...I applied to a $1275 home for rent, and after paying $120 in application fees for myself and my cosigner they wait a few days and tell me it's been taken and to apply to another home for $1200. So I go to look at the other not so nice home, but seeing as they've already told me I'm approved I decide to move forward with the lease. Hey Antone, our staff is professionally trained and I have given our staff 100% permission to end a phone call when people are aggressive, degrading, and rude. Especially, when they are swearing at them using derogatory language. I hope that all companies would do the same.
Don't use this company especially if your military and I was always told honestly is the best policy. Not here. I voiced my opinion months ago and they wouldn't state their defense on the situation but I was ask to write a review today. Find another reality company so you won't be their next victim.

We are proud supporters of the Military. One of the Owner's of the Company is a Veteran and one of our employees is, as well. We are also very honest. This situation arose from a family that was dishonest about their situation and used the Military as an excuse to not honor their lease agreement with the Owner of the property. We did go to court and we won. We wish that family the best and will continue to support the Military!
Evicting a military family, not because they weren't good tenants(they WERE), but because they wouldn't be living there for a full year on their most recent lease...AND they told you about it ahead of time! That is so very WRONG and I hope you are proud of yourselves and can hold your head up high! You shouldn't even be in business if that's how you treat the very people who defend your freedom...the freedom to be a jack*$$!
