My salesman Nathan Beard was a pleasure to work with. He got my request for quote from the Internet and called me in 5 minutes. He ask me a little about my trade and I told him all he needed to know. He made me a trade offer over the phone and gave me a sales price on the truck I had selected. I got to the Dealership by 4:00PM. He had all of the paperwork ready and all he needed was my signature. Kyle Willson, with Dick Smith has always been Kyle Willson, with Dick Smith has always been professional, polite and fair. A huge difference from what I experienced from another local Ford service department. When I first contacted Kyle he worked to get the previous warrantee work covered at Dick Smith. Dick Smith service department found and corrected the problem in fifteen minutes that the other local Ford dealership couldn't find after three tries over three weeks. Sincerely, Ken

I met Eric Basiliere on an early week morning and told him I needed a car for my daughter, told him the price range and he pointed us out to our selection that would meet our budget. He gave us such a good deal that we were under our price range so we actually ended up with a bigger car. I was so pleased with the way Eric does business and how great he is with customers. I recently bought a Focus from Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford of Downtown Columbia and I'm pleased with what Eric was able to do for me. Eric was able to get the Focus I wanted even though it wasn't on his lot. He had it over within one business day and for no extra charge. I suggest anyone in the market, go see Eric. Whether he has it or not in his lot, he'll make your day!

Robert Hiller at the Ford Dick Smith store on two notch rd in Columbia SC was an excellent salesman! I purchased a Ford Mustang and he really took time to find the car for me! He took the time to help work out the best deal. With Mr. Hiller it was not just about making the sale, but I felt his genuine concern it making sure that I would be happy with the car I bought.
