Service Department does a great job Since owning my 2017 Ford I have used 3 different dealerships to do the regular oil change/rotate service. The other 2 Ford dealerships will not be listed but I can highly recommend Dick Smith Ford Service Department over the other two dealerships hands down.
Customer service Took Explorer in for 20k check up. Did not have an appointment. They took us right in and changed oil and did the check up while we waited. best customer service.

Great service Service after the purchase is huge to me. Don't dare make a big sale, then forget or disregard me after the sale. Sick Sith Ford hasn't done that like other dealers have. They worked with me to set up the best service schedule according to my needs, not thiers. The gave me a ride home after dropping off my F150. 100000 service for Expedition EL I have always had great service from Dick Smith Ford. The service for 100,000 miles was great. They did not try to talk me into more that I needed and they took care of everything very professionally. My service rep is Danial and he knows my vehicles and keeps me well informed of what is needed when.
Honest, friendly and simple! I visited Dick Smith Ford in Columbia, SC after finding a vehicle at their site through Auto Trader. The team member who I met was James Fraley. His honesty and frankness was refreshing and greatly appreciated. I had less than 2 hours involved in the entire process from testing driving the vehicle to driving it off the lot. Service Oil change, checks and service, and recall work, all completed quickly and professionally. Service Rep communicated everything before and after service, and answered all questions. Multiple negative experiences at another Ford service center lead me to Dick Smith Ford. For this reason I purchased a new F-150 4x4 Platinum from Dick Smith Ford and will allow only them to perform maintenance.
