I bought a Hyundai Elantra on 1/17/14. The first salesman to approach me was Josh Zifer, a friendly young man who literally ran from one place to another to find people to answer my questions. Every person with whom I came into contact in Customer Service was friendly and worked quickly to help me out, and help me out they did, as you will see. Lee Gilliam was outstanding, providing the perfect blend of attention, follow-up & expertise - while not being at all pushy. I really appreciate that in a salesperson. The dealership is clean and makes you feel welcome, with water and coffee available, making for a very pleasant visit. I bought a new 2014 Elantra Sport and LOVE it! Completing the paperwork after the sale was quick and painless. Great experience; great price; love my new car! I would highly recommend Dick Smith Hyundai to anyone in the market for a car.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had when it came to purchasing a car!! Not only did I receive a great car at a great price, but, the customer service received from both Mr. Jarvis Smith in the Sales Department & Mr. Kenneth Galloway in the Financing Department was outstanding! Dick Smith really do mean it when they "we'll treat you right". I can't fault this dealership. Negotiating a deal (normally the part I hate most about buying an auto) was a stress-free with Will Crawford, organising finance was a breeze, and these guys will get you the best possible interest rate from the banks that they can and after sales care was first class. I needed some paintwork damage fixed on the trunk and these guys re-sprayed the whole thing to a professional standard, without hesitation (thanks Will). I shall def... read more

Jarvis Smith was the greatest salesman I ever had...It was quick business and he was able to put me n a 2011Hyundai Sonata..I would recommend anybody to go see him..I promise you will come out smiling!!!!!!

We was very impressed on the car Jarvis put us in and he had us in and out quick...He put us in a 2011 Hyundai Senota with affordable payments...I would recommend anybody to go see Jarvis Smith at Dick Smith...I know you will come out smiling and driving something nice
