Stephen (Chuck) Akin was our sales person. I was impressed with Chuck's patience, and also his knowledge of the Hyundai vehicle that my husband and I purchased. We purchased the Hyundai Turbo Sport. I am glad we brought my Genesis here rather than to a dealer nearer us for service. Blaine MacIntosh, our original salesperson, met with us and discussed our experience with the car over the past year - all good - and recommended a service addition because of our low mileage, which the service department was glad to do. My wife and I visited Dick Smith Hyundai as the result of a cross promotion with Capitol One. when we arrived we were greeted by Jarvis Smith and we discussed with him our concerns, price range and needs. He set the wheels in motion to acomplish our purchase while we scanned the lot for vehicles we were interested in taking a closer look at. I rate my experience a 5 because the sales staff was friendly and helpful. The salesman, Jarvis, was motivated, but not pushy. He found a vehicle the fit what I exactly what I want. I'm satisfied with the deal as well.

My salesman was Blaine McIntosh. Blaine was fantastic in that he gave a wealth of information about the 2013 Elantra and Sonata. He spent much time with my family and actually drove 4 different cars to the show room entrance so my handicap wife could compare. He was not pushy and very helpful and courteous through the whole purchase process. I would return to Dick Smith Hyundai and ask for Blaine.
