Had a great service experience here. Repair was completed very quickly, and the shuttle service and car wash were great as well. Brittney Valente was my service advisor, and she was kept me informed throughout the process and was very helpful and nice.
Frank Wlodarczyk was a friendly, agreeable person, to deal with. Any question I or my wife had was answered in a helpful manner. If for some reason he did not know the answer, to a question, he would get someone who could help with the answer.
Brittani was very prompt and resolving my issue and getting the parts ordered and car in to be fixed within a weeks time and made sure that it was all covered under the warranty. I would call her again if I have any other issues with my vehicle
Nice people service is slow. Takes twice as long to get the same service here that it does at my Chevy dealer for my truck. Service NEVER answers the phone ALWAYS goes to voicemail, I know they are not always on the phones from spending a lot of time in the waiting room watching them..
