Easy parking for maintenance. Quick processing for maintenance. Comfortable seating area while car received maintenance. Adequate time to complete maintenance. Quick exit processing.
The dealer got my car and got information from me. As I sat in the lounge watching TV a person called my name. The car was finished and when I started the car the radio was working again. Whatever they did it caused the radio to start operating again.

Too expensive, beware of the upselling. Service rep was professional but I don't need to be pressured to service the vehicle.
I made a purchase 18 years ago ago with Dick Smith. I have been thinking about a new car for a while. Stopped by to just look and Bo Lusher came to greet me. He made me feel at ease and showed me some cars. I ended up getting a brand new Tucson! Bo was super nice and took the extra time to show me all the features on the car! Service was done in a timely manner. I did have a short wait to get my car because nobody knew it was ready, and the service writer assigned had gone on break.
