Great Experience My purchase with Dick Smith Hyundai turned out to be a great experience, from the time I was greeted to the time that I completed the purchase and technology training. I honestly had almost given up on getting a Hyundai from previous experiences - Dick Smith was the last opportunity for me. I was blown away by the customer service and their willingness to work things out so I could get the automobile I had been eyeing for so long. Will DEFINITELY recommend to others interested in a Hyundai in the future!
My Experience I had a very specific car in mind when I went to Dick Smith. I wanted a Sonata Plug-in Hybrid. According to the web site, they were mostly kept in the Northeast. After driving a Sonata Hybrid to get a feel for the car, the people at Dick Smith located 2 Sonata Plug-In Hybrids in the Southeast (helped with delivery costs). We settled on a price and within a couple of days the car was in the Greenville, cleaned up and ready for delivery.
Love this dealership on Congaree! We love our new cars! We are and will continue as repeat customers. I purchased a Tucson and leased a Sante Fe. They are both great!! Will was very helpful and accommodating to both of us. The service department is also great. The waiting area is large and clean and wait times are not long.
