Always Great Service Department Visit Josh Looper & his Service Department "team" are outstanding and always make my service visit special. Thanks to them, my 2009 Genesis looks almost brand new and drives like it is brand new ! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! I drove into Hyundai upset, and worried. I had just totaled my brand new Volkswagen Routan minivan. I have four children and the lady that hit me did a hit and run. I pull into Hyundai in Greenville on Congaree Road, and this guy named Andy came out to help me. Good Purchase The salesman (Will) was excellent and purchase/trade-in was good value. Can't say the same for the time it took to get the tag and title paperwork to the NC bureau.
Love this dealership! I've heard horror stories from other people about dealerships trying to bait and switch them and adding in sneaky extra fees. I experienced NONE of that at Dick Smith. The employees I worked with were kind, courteous and very professional. I was pleasantly surprised at the straight forwardness of the whole process. Even though this dealer is almost an hour from where I live, I will for sure be returning here for maintenance for as long as I live in the area and own a Hyundai.
