Pleasant Experience for a stressful life passage. The reason for my pleasant experience is totally because of my salesman, Lance Hammontree. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, no pressure salesperson. No nonsense, just a competent individual who puts his client first.
Smooth and hassle free experience Finally, a salesman who asked questions and listened to the answers. Once we explained what we were looking for, Lance showed several options to choose from. After a test drive, he and Jason handled the paperwork quickly while fully explaining everything. When I wen to pick the car up, Lance spent the time to explain the Android Drive app in detail. We would definitely recommend Dick Smith Hyundai to our friends.
