Phenomenal!!! Ramsey was so great to work with! I bought a car from him last Saturday, and he made the entire experience so much less stressful. About as easy as it gets I don't like buying cars but the people at Dick Smith Hyundai were the easiest dealership to work with! Coming to agreement on price, all the paperwork involved, and getting us out the door in our new car was the least stressful car-buying experience. Price-wise no other Hyundai dealer could match what we paid for our Tucson at Dick Smith. Our sales rep Al Valazquez was friendly, helpful, and made the car-buying experience as pleasant as it could be!
Service I have not had the vehicle serviced yet so I cannot rate the service. My first appointment is no scheduled until June 2017. I anticipate the service will be good, but can rate it later.
Great Service Our experience with leasing a car at Dick Brooks was great. The staff, especially Ramsey, were very courteous and helpful. We were never pressured, and they worked with us to help us get within the terms we were looking for.
