Great experiences Our family has purchased 6 vehicles from Dick Smith Hyundai within the last few years. We have been extremely happy with their prices because they are not over-inflated like other dealerships. The purchases we have made from Dick Smith Hyundai have been the best car buying experiences we have ever had. They did not try to push us into buying vehicles we were not interested in, or that were priced above our budget. They treated us with respect and did not waste our time.
PROBLEM RESOLVED I wll start out by saying Lance is a great guy. I was looking for a brand new 2017 AWD Santa FE. Well mistakenly I drove off the lot with a 2017 Santa Fe FWD not knowing I had the wrong vechicle, l called up Dick Smith Hyundai of Greenville, SC. and spoke with Lance and his manager. Nervously I waited for about 1 day the next day the manager called me back and told me we will exhange your vechicle with the right one.
