Left a very happy customer!! I was in the market for a new car (was actually planning on buying used) for the first time in 13 years. Giving great marks I have no complaints. I am however, still waiting for my 2nd key, which is not the dealers fault, as the car was shipped. However, I would like to receive it soon, as it was bought over a week ago. The professionalism of the all involved in my sale deserve high marks, from the salesman, Will to the Finance Manager, Jason and also Gordon who took time to review the quick start guide and set up my blue tooth.
Most pleasant Car buying Experience ever.... We had done our research before going to test drive and had narrowed it down to 3 makes, the Hyundai Santa Fe being one. We would go and look at cars on the days when the dealership was closed, mainly because we didn't want to deal with the normal pressure of the Sales reps. Pleasant experience I had a nice low-pressure, quiet, well-paced experience leasing a brand new Elantra. As a first time lessee of a vehicle, I was not totally aware of the mileage limit over the 36 months - until halfway through signing the papers. Those finer points should be made clear to first time lessees as well as the more 'attractive' points. Other than that, I enjoyed my time there!
