Pleased with our new car purchase. We were on line looking at cars and received a call from Lance, a salesperson at this dealership. We made an appointment to meet with him at the dealership the next morning. Great experience! It was easy to work with our salesperson, Ramsey Chebli. He gave us the information we needed without being pushy. He was willing to let us test drive multiple vehicles and explained the features of each. We did not feel rushed. We love our new Tucson.

Lance was a pleasure to work with. We visited several upstate dealerships in search of our perfect car and deal. Some salesman were nice and helpful but Lance was nice, helpful, personable, knowledgeable, warm, informative, understanding, ok-- I have run out of positive adjectives. New car Only negative experience was that we originally had set up an appointment with a privious salesman to try the car on Saturday but after waiting 30 minutes we were told he was tied up with a customer and the car was not set up yet to try. We had to return on Monday at which point we met Ramsy and things went much better. He did an excellent job.
Superb Service Knowledgeable and professional staff made new car purchase so easy. Gordon Orr was fabulous and took great care of me. Strongly recommend the vehicle and the dealership. Top notch!
