Love my 2017 Hyundai Elantra!!! Very friendly staff. Helpful and attentive to needs in car desired. Everything was explained thoroughly. Test drive was awesome and staff explained all features before test drive began.
The Best service EVER Lance Hammontree is absolutely amazing. I'm an Active Duty soldier who just got back from deployment overseas the previous night and needed a car ASAP. After looking around online, the one that I really wanted (and with an amazing price to boot) was at Dick Smith Hyundai... which was over two hours away. Over and above When we finally decided what we wanted, Dick Smith had just sold the last one in the color. The and sales rep and Sales Manager went to another dealership in TN to find us exactly what we wanted. Great service!

Left a very happy customer!! I was in the market for a new car (was actually planning on buying used) for the first time in 13 years. I was interested in an SUV and came into Dick Smith Hyundai to look at one they had on the lot. While there, we were met by the best car salesman that I've had the opportunity to meet. Giving great marks I have no complaints. I am however, still waiting for my 2nd key, which is not the dealers fault, as the car was shipped. However, I would like to receive it soon, as it was bought over a week ago. The professionalism of the all involved in my sale deserve high marks, from the salesman, Will to the Finance Manager, Jason and also Gordon who took time to review the quick start guide and set up my blue tooth.
Most pleasant Car buying Experience ever.... We had done our research before going to test drive and had narrowed it down to 3 makes, the Hyundai Santa Fe being one. We would go and look at cars on the days when the dealership was closed, mainly because we didn't want to deal with the normal pressure of the Sales reps.
