exceptional customer service I had an absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Gordon Orr at Dick Smith Hyundai in Greenville, SC. I actually live an hour and a half away, but communicated with him exactly what I was looking for. He located the car I wanted, turbo manual with tech package in a specific color, in another state, got it to the dealership and then delivered it to me.
