My experience with my sales person, Keith Stokes, the credit manager: Jermain Strother, Mac the sales manager and finishing up my paperwork with Eden was awesome. They were very customer friendly and time was very important to us all. It was NOT a long process. I'm a satisfied customer.
Keith was great. He treated me with the upmost respect, the test drive was great, he showed me features of the car, and introduced me to his boss and the credit manager. They all made store and purchase experience great.
Other than the price , was satisfied with the service and the employees that I dealt with
My rating came due to me scheduling the oil change the day before and it being completed with a car wash on top of that (smile). Other car dealerships won’t even do oil changes over the weekend so I was super grateful. The lobby was clean and the people were nice.
Mike took great care of me and ensured my car received services in a timely manner! He also ensured I was in a loaner quickly and was able to go about my normal day.
I was made aware of services needed, and given the option to choose what I wanted
Accommodating, super fast & professional. The fact that they give loaner cars is a huge bonus.
