As stated previously, John McMillian has been a great help providing information about the prescheduled work needed as well as whatever items or concerns we have above the scheduled needs. John is very knowledgeable about whatever the problem is and provides estimated cost and lead times for doing the work. He goes out of his way to provide a schedule we can live with.
Great experience. John and. Chris were more than accommodating. Very courteous, a loaner car to help save on expenses, and a coupon to cut cost of repair. Thank you guys for keeping my 2014 in great condition.
