My service rep was more than five stars when it comes to service, very polite and in tune to remember your personal needs on your last visit to ask how are things going. The technician is careful to take care of the problem once. Then, the dealership is going to follow up with you to see if you were satisfied. If your problem was not resolved the first time, you will get a call.
