Clients should have the cost of labor vs parts before services are completed. Expecting loyal customers to use the dealership when choosing to make a new vehicle purchase plays a role in the decision.
Kaitlyn Dock was very helpful, professional and hospitable. She went above and beyond during the service ensuring I had additional information repair prices to help me make informed and fair decisions. I appreciate her help.
It was fine. Very crowded as people were getting their cars serviced for the holiday. I dropped my car off. It was a few hours but they soon called to let me know my car was ready. It wasn't as long as I had anticipated. It was washed and I really appreciated that.

I had awesome service experience. I was traveling out of town for the weekend, and the service representative provided an outstanding check list for my upcoming visit; however, I was in good standing to travel to visit friends for the Dallas Cowboys vs Carolina Panthers game. In fact, I returned back to South Carolina safely too. Go Cowboys!!!!
