It was fine. Very crowded as people were getting their cars serviced for the holiday. I dropped my car off. It was a few hours but they soon called to let me know my car was ready. It wasn't as long as I had anticipated. It was washed and I really appreciated that.

I had awesome service experience. I was traveling out of town for the weekend, and the service representative provided an outstanding check list for my upcoming visit; however, I was in good standing to travel to visit friends for the Dallas Cowboys vs Carolina Panthers game. In fact, I returned back to South Carolina safely too. Go Cowboys!!!!

Daniel George, Service Advisor, was very knowledgeable and kept me informed while my car was being serviced. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. He was very helpful!
