Everyone was very nice and everything was explained to me. Why this occurred.
I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation at 1:30 pm. I also asked them to replace my windshield wipers. It took about two hours for a fairly simple service: a lot longer than I expected. Otherwise all seemed to go well.
Professional and fast. Would recommend.
Fob seemed to be malfunctioning. Car would sometimes not start. My service advisor was tommie and he was absolutely great. Knowledgeable and professional and caring. Everything was tested and no problems found but he gave me some ideas of what to do.
Service finished and car returned earlier than scheduled. Everyone at this location has always been kind and informative.
The Service personnel were very friendly. They did an awesome job on my oil change and tire rotation. I'm pretty sure my car drives better than it did before I took it in and my husband even agrees. I chose to take my Infiniti QX80 to Nissan over your Infiniti dealership. D. Smith Infiniti Service could learn ALOT from D. Smith Nissan Service Dept.
