Honestly the best experience I could ever have from past vets. Denise and another receptionist that helped me over the phone for over 20 minutes did amazing on explaining prices and how procedures work before I came in. I love that you're allowed to go in the back either way your pet. It was over all amazing and their clinic is beyond beautiful and clean. Last but not least pricing is affordable I believe I have found a trusted veterinarian I definitely recommend everyone here.

I usually don't leave reviews but you guys truly deserve the recognition for your empathy and care. Though our experience was not pleasant (at no fault to the staff or facility) I trust that you guys will take wonderful care of all of our animals. I recently had an emergency with my dog and my elder cat. unfortunately my cat had cancer and had to be put down. The drs took amazing care of her and my dog every visit even my cats last one. they sent a lot of love and support the days/week following her passing. they truly love and care/cared for my babies and i couldn't be more grateful especially after having awful vet visits in the past. they're the BEST for large. timid dogs, they did wonders with my boy. i'll always bring my pets here. My husband adopted Chloe from a shelter almost 18 years ago when he first went into the Navy. They literally grew up together, so, even when her health declined over the weekend and we knew it was her time to go, making that decision was confusing & difficult. Dr. Randall and the entire staff at Dickinson Animal Hospital is incredible! They always take the best care of not only my personal pups but also the multiple foster dogs that I have brought in. They have treated multiple complex problems including orthopedic surgery, mass removal, and neurological symptoms and they have treated them all with the utmost care and professionalism. Personable, reliable, trustworthy and has your pets best interest at heart. I brought my Pomeranian mix here to get a teeth cleaning and they provided step by step care, documentation and updates throughout the entire process. The staff is very kind and understanding. Paying for such a large procedure out of pocket is a stressful situation and they offered solutions to ease the cost while still providing appropriate care for Sable. We have two Great Danes and Dr. Beckman has been amazing with them! As much as we liked our other vet, Dr. Beckman has experience with Great Danes and their special issues. They both like her a lot, too! We're new to the practice and looking forward to trying the other services such as play days, etc.

I am SO THANKFUL for the caring staff at this place! They were able to squeeze in an appointment for my 6 week old kitten who had a fever, upper respiratory infection, sore throat and wasn't eating. Dr. Honeycutt did an excellent exam, and even got my kitten to eat while we were there! Thank you so much for getting us in and giving such excellent care to my precious kitten.
