Had to return to dealership due to work not being completed. However, pick up/drop off service made it much easier.
The service department got me in and out very quickly.
There was liquids spilled all over the cars motor and just left there! A quick rinse would have been appropriate! Thank you, Mr. Smith

I am very pleased with my recent service appointment at Dieffenbach. Staff are very knowledgeable and personable; answered all questions. My car is serviced ONLY at Dieffenbach, and I would not take it elsewhere. I feel very comfortable and welcomed every time I walk into the dealership.
