Staff was very friendly and repair for my recall was done in a timely manner. Waiting area was clean.
I am very pleased with my recent service appointment at Dieffenbach. Staff are very knowledgeable and personable; answered all questions. My car is serviced ONLY at Dieffenbach, and I would not take it elsewhere. I feel very comfortable and welcomed every time I walk into the dealership.
Very painless buying experience. Customer service was top notch, and will be buying another vehicle there soon. Id recommend anyone to consider them when youre looking for that new vehicle!
