Bad bad bad. Twice I’ve tryed them a twice they didn’t fix my car. Owner didn’t even know work was completed an keys were in front of him. I had to tell him my car was ready a then he still went back to talking to employee. Said problem with my car was a tire issue well I thought it was a tire shop. Went in for front end alignment left shop an car was pulling to right still. I wanted it fixed not excuses why Never gave me a price on a fix. Just said it still pulls to the right. Have had a few good experiences with Discount Tire. They replaced all 4 tires on two of my vehicles and that process was smooth and painless, good pricing. I didn't buy the warranty so I had to come back after a tire popped and another had a nail (new construction neighborhood problems) and they fixed me right up again. Don't skip the warranty 😝
Brought my 1998 Chevy k1500 in for an alighnment after i replaced the worn steering gear. The tech took it into the shop and maybe 10-15 mins later he tells me they can't do the alighnment since my front end was worn out. He said that my tierods were worn and that "engine oil" made my control arm bushing swell. Which the oil was power steering fluid from the gear change and the bushing were already replaced with urethane bushings which are resistant to oil. I’ve been coming to see Greg here since I moved to Terrell in 14’ Well run establishment with great service and personal experience. The owner Greg and the front desk staff have always made me feel more than just another customer to get in and out when they take the extra time to educate me on causes, problems and solutions and not rushing it or brushing me off ever. They’ve always done me solid and have done extra to help with certain accommodations that weren’t their responsibility. Class act company right here.
I was working today in Terrell, Tx and I caught a flat tire . I went to this place for tire service & didn't receive any. The owner had me sitting in the waiting area for quite some time without even issuing his Technicians a service ticket for my vehicle . After waiting for maybe 25 minutes, another customer walked in and asked for assistance with their vehicle . And immediately, a service ticket was done and issued to a Technician and the customers car was brought to the service area for diagnostic . It was then more obvio... read more
