I had a nail in my rear driver side tire. My tire was patched and I was on my way within an hour. Fast, courteous service!!!!
This is the only place I like to come for tires. I've been coming here for years and they make you a priority. The owner Greg is a hardworking down to earth man and he hires really nice people. Dempsi and Eric are so nice and funny. All the people friendly and provide great service with quality tires. I bought my tires, got my oil changed, brakes changed, rotors turned and got my car alignment done on my last visit. Today I bought a new set of tires for my truck. Love this place.
I have been using Discount Tire & Service since they opened for business. I would not recommend any other tire store other than these folks. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. They have provided service for all my cars, trucks and trailers, and I have never had a negative result from their work or friendliness. It is nice living in Kaufman County to have them available for all my tire needs. Also, it is nice that when I walk in, they know me and address me by name. Steven K.
Highly recommend for both courteous service and good advice. Over the last 90 days have purchased tires and added a level kit my truck, and had my motorhome tires serviced. Very pleased.
I've been coming to this particular Discount Tire & Service ever since I moved to the Terrell area. Family owned and operated, this location offers some of the BEST service I have ever received regarding tires and tire rotations. HIGHLY recommended!
Don't go here, scam! I never had a light come on in my car. They come to me with a CVS receipt of things I need done. I just went in for a simple oil change from them, two days later oil light and maintenance light comes on. I call them set up an appointment, they tell me there is a diagnostic fee of $100 plus. I told them it was something they didn't do correctly. I took my car Jiffy Lube, was told the wrong filter was used and cap wasn't on tight. They corrected it. Took my old truck for alignment, to correct the issue I received an estimate of over $3500. Allen and James reviewed the estimate with me. I told them I was going to do the work and they said if you do the work, we'll align the truck for free, to which i said put in writting. On the back of the invoice, it is written "IF YOU DO THE WHOLE JOB I WILL GIVE YOU A FREE ALIGNMENT". Mr james will not honor what they said.

We reviewed the video conversation that was sent to you, which clearly stated that the alignment would be provided at no charge if the recommended repairs were completed with us. Since those repairs were not performed at our facility and were instead completed elsewhere, the complimentary alignment offer is no longer applicable.
my car was there for a month. went to finally pick up my car and there was TAPE holding up the window! what a joke.
Made an appointment for tire rotation, balance, and will alignment 8 o'clock in the morning. Drop the car off: 8am and explain to them that we would need it back in 3 to 4 hours, Was told no problem we wI'll have it ready. Returned at 11:30 to find they had not even started our car and was told too many other people were ahead of me.
