I've been coming to this particular Discount Tire & Service ever since I moved to the Terrell area. Family owned and operated, this location offers some of the BEST service I have ever received regarding tires and tire rotations. HIGHLY recommended!
Don't go here, scam! I never had a light come on in my car. They come to me with a CVS receipt of things I need done. I just went in for a simple oil change from them, two days later oil light and maintenance light comes on. I call them set up an appointment, they tell me there is a diagnostic fee of $100 plus. I told them it was something they didn't do correctly. I took my car Jiffy Lube, was told the wrong filter was used and cap wasn't on tight. They corrected it. Took my old truck for alignment, to correct the issue I received an estimate of over $3500. Allen and James reviewed the estimate with me. I told them I was going to do the work and they said if you do the work, we'll align the truck for free, to which i said put in writting. On the back of the invoice, it is written "IF YOU DO THE WHOLE JOB I WILL GIVE YOU A FREE ALIGNMENT". Mr james will not honor what they said.

We reviewed the video conversation that was sent to you, which clearly stated that the alignment would be provided at no charge if the recommended repairs were completed with us. Since those repairs were not performed at our facility and were instead completed elsewhere, the complimentary alignment offer is no longer applicable.
my car was there for a month. went to finally pick up my car and there was TAPE holding up the window! what a joke.
Made an appointment for tire rotation, balance, and will alignment 8 o'clock in the morning. Drop the car off: 8am and explain to them that we would need it back in 3 to 4 hours, Was told no problem we wI'll have it ready. Returned at 11:30 to find they had not even started our car and was told too many other people were ahead of me. The guy at the counter was not very helpful. The amount charged was $30 dollars more than I was quoted over the phone. The girl that scheduled appointment stated Cooper tire had $50 rebate. When I inquired about it while paying, the guy was clueless. I had to insist he call someone. At least that person knew about the rebate. I did not receive any paperwork about my warranty. The guy kept repeating he was having a stressful day. Ironic the company is Stress Free Auto Care!

I was already disappointed they didn't honor price on coupon. I saw once I paid home, but I was also suppose to get a tire rotation which was included in 1st time customer. Today I saw my tires weren't rotated. I have a pretty large scratch on one hub cap and it is in same position as yesterday. I gave them.a try because they were veteran owned and I'm a vet even though service price was slightly higher. I return to my original place for oil change and auto. Lesson learned

Your mechanic almost caused me my power strerring to go out it vosy me 213.to fix hose clamp on return line of powet stering pump. And lost work which was another 200.
