I was already disappointed they didn't honor price on coupon. I saw once I paid home, but I was also suppose to get a tire rotation which was included in 1st time customer. Today I saw my tires weren't rotated. I have a pretty large scratch on one hub cap and it is in same position as yesterday. I gave them.a try because they were veteran owned and I'm a vet even though service price was slightly higher. I return to my original place for oil change and auto. Lesson learned

Your mechanic almost caused me my power strerring to go out it vosy me 213.to fix hose clamp on return line of powet stering pump. And lost work which was another 200.

An oil change and tire rotation took an hour and a half with an appointment !!! Do not come here if you are expecting normal oil change times .. they do not get in any hurry to serve you
I was working today in Terrell, Tx and I caught a flat tire . I went to this place for tire service & didn't receive any . The owner had me sitting in the waiting area for quite some time without even issuing his Technicians a service ticket for my vehicle . After waiting for maybe 25 minutes , another customer walked in and asked for assistance with their vehicle . I bought a used motorhome and brought it here to replace the tires. They put tires on and theres no way I can get tire air pressure reading from one of the inside rear dually tire. I took it back 3 more times- they made a few suggestions that might work but no guarantee so they were not willing to do, so how am I supposed to get this done? For the price of tires and extra charges of labor, stems and fee for old tires, this should have been taken care of. I lost track of how many times I called to get this resolved.
