I've been seeing Dr. McKay for quite a number of years. He and his staff have always been thorough, pleasant and professional. Dr. Mckay takes the time to explain his examination and answer questions.

Professional and experienced staff
Dr. Diane is excellent. I felt, even though he was rushed, that he took the time to take the necessary test to correct the problem with glasses rather than rushing into surgery. However, the office was running 45 minutes late. And the next appointment was more than two weeks out. Office staff did nothing to call folks and let them know. I have a 25 minute drive and rather than wait 1 hour and 20 minutes I could have utilized that time better. It made me feel like my time was worthless to the front desk. the 2 assistants Sarah and Lisa are very professional and helpful.
It took a while to get an appointment, but this was not an emergency, so, not an issue. Check-in was easy, no wait. Short wait in lobby. The nurses/assistants were nice; some were more business-like, but okay. Dr. Taylor introduced himself when he entered the room, which I appreciated. He did explain what he was looking for/at as he examined my eyes and asked questions about my history. Still waiting for a call after Dr. Taylor gets my records from another source, but haven't had to wait longer than expected.
