Dr Robert Sullivan is rude and doesn’t care to listen to his patients. When I asked a question he told me he didn’t know why I didn’t trust him and I should just not come back.
It was my final exam post op cataract surgery. He really didn’t listen to me that I wouldn’t wear glasses and was a waste of time getting them. So will have to wait until my annual exam in September to get contact prescription.
Very thorough But wait time is ridiculous Sat in room over 30-40 min
Too pushy. Doesn't listen to patient. Tried to explain reasons for wanting specific glasses and felt he belittled me and my experience. Insisted I come into the future. Spoke to me in a very patronizing way.
Other then the long wait, everything was 5 star.

Wait time seemed a bit long between refraction by the really nice girl tech and the arrival of Dr. Dawson, but he took the time to discuss my prescription with me and what he was doing and why, so I won't complain
His exams are well done and complete. Wouldn't want to lose him!
The receptionist acted rudely when I asked her not to speak out loud when reading off my personal information. The doctor wasn’t very “warm” or interested in getting to know me or my concerns.
