This was my first visit to Dr. Dawson. I liked him immediately, he's personable, kind and did a thorough job of testing my eyes and explaining everything.
I have been seeing Dr Tovey for a few years now. He is always friendly and very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff and always explains everything in an easy to understand way but never talks down to me like some doctors try to do. I highly recommend him.
Received the most comprehensive pre exam for cataracts at Discovery Vision Center Leawood from Dr Doane and his staff. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Feeling very confident about my upcoming surgery!

I was very pleased with everyone from the receptionists at the front desk, to all of Dr. Doane's assistants, and especially with Dr. Doane himself. Dr. Doane addressed all of my concerns, and he was very kind, as well.

Dr. Tovey is very thorough, personable, and explains things extremely well. I am completely confident in him as a physician and feel fortunate to have him caring for my eyes, both medically and surgically. The office staff are great and all vision testing and care is under one roof.
Everyone we came in contact was kind & professional. Dr. Dehning is definitely one of the best. He’s performed several surgeries on my eyes with great results. Along with monthly injections for my diabetic retinopathy. He’s always has a kind & professional demeanor. Which is appreciated.
Dr Dixon is friendly and helpful Always gives me full feedback on my appointment. Highly recommend.
