So peaceful!� The property is very clean, and the management team and maintenance team are very nice.�� I do love living here...staff is very friendly.. gym is super very clean peaceful room �� .. swimming pool is also good ..�thank you Discovery rowlet ...�

1 bedroom Penthouses are dreamy! Love the tall ceilings and the bathroom is simply perfect with the double sink! I have been here for almost a year and looking forward to another. The pool - you have to see the pool - its beautiful. The girls in the office are so nice and maintenance is the most professional I have ever encountered. I would definitely recommend.

Good morning One and All, especially those current apartment seekers. If you do not stop by or bump Discovery at Rowlett Creek up to the top of your list, you're severely missing the point. Honestly. Put it at the top and erase all the remaining options and possibilities. This place is everything you want and more. I'm a current resident, and I could not sing higher praises for this property. All facets considered, they're the complete package. Units are incredible and diverse. Amenities are simply outstanding and plentiful. Tremendous upkeep. The Office Staff and Building Maintenance folks are the most friendly and accommodating around. Everyone bends over backwards to assist, regardless of issue. Very accommodating and timely. The on-line resident portal is outstanding. Can handle most anything from the website from rent payments to service requests. They make it extremely convenient. The complex is ideally located, and it has easy access to many major highways. The city of McKinney is simply outstanding and has many, many things to offer residents. No, I'm in no way being paid for this endorsement. No need to. The Apartment Complex speaks for itself.
