It's a scam. They somehow got my phone number (I never contacted them I don't even live in Texas), and proceeded to send me text messages every few days for the last seven weeks. I've called them SIX TIMES asking to be removed from their list, and every time they say they will but they never do. Don't talk to them, and whatever you do don't give them your phone number. They'll never stop harassing you.
