Great apartments The property is beautiful and very well kept! I’ve been living here for about a year and I haven’t had any issues with the office or my neighbors. It’s peaceful. The office personnel and maintenance guys are great. I love my apartment!

Highly recommend The staff was very helpful and professional. We had no issues or complications upon moving in. Maintenance was very prompt to our requests as well. I also really liked the layout of my unit.

Puts the unity in community. Great place to live. Been here over a year and the staff has changed, but they have always been easy to work with and helpful. Packages get to me easily and repairs are completed rapidly. It's a little pricey, but the amenities and support staff are worth it. I have been in other apartment complexes close by, but with this complex, I'm not looking back.
I've lived here almost 3 years and no complaints I'm not scared to write a bad review. I know that I appreciate an honest opinion when I see one. I have been at the Discovery at Kingwood for almost 3 years and I really have nothing negative to say. The staff is always helpful and friendly, the lawn is almost always clean and most importantly I feel safe, this is key!
