Today I’d placed a work order to paint my exterior door as the outside elements had worn it a bit as I wanted to prepare to entertain visitors for the holidays. To pay almost to what you would be paying for a house it’s not worth it. Yes the pool area and gym are nice and it’s quiet but there seems to be more theft than usual. The gates have been working on and off the cameras clearly do not work as someone’s tires have been stolen and left on bricks twice within the past week in the same area of the complex towards the front. The property is beautiful inside and out! The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced. The office team is stellar — they manage the complex efficiently and create a wonderful sense of community through monthly resident events. It’s also very pet-friendly with great neighbors. I’m truly enjoying living here!
I’ve been here for over 6 months now. My application process was very smooth and quick! My apartment is decent. I really like how quiet it is around here! Elementary at walking distance is a HUGE win for me! Maintenance always handled in a timely manner! I love that we have a security system for our apartment and how easy it was to set that up as well.
