(Verified Renter) Adam and Carlos and the other dude ( I can't recall his name, young gentlemen) are very respectful, courteous, personal and remind me of the initial staff which is why I chose to live here. Each is knowledgable and goes the extra mile with manners and fixing items. Each is very timely and respectful of my home and space. Each of them also ensures that they carry these mannerisms around the facilities and cares for the place like it is there own. Very exemplary men.

Extremely thin walls... (Verified Renter) Extremely thin walls and floors make for a lot of noise transfer from the neighbors and from construction
Since I work... (Verified Renter) Since I work an inordinate, and oftentimes from home, I need an environment that is quiet. The walls are extremely thin, and that is probably my biggest issue with the apartment. The appliances are fine, but not top quality, so that's a small pain point, too.
