Overall this place... (Verified Renter) Overall this place is comfortable and quiet. My main complaints are the trash pickup is loud and several times a week early in the morning (4-6 am) and the parking garage. People speed through the garage without a care. I wouldn't be surprised if accidents haven't already occurred.
The apartment community... (Verified Renter) The apartment community is very nice and new. The common areas are great. The apartment units are nicely appointed, but a little small and I found the balconies small and not very private.
There are some... (Verified Renter) There are some awful pet owners who don't curb their dogs. But the team here always cleans it up quickly. They pay great attention to the grounds as far as litter and dog poop. The common areas on first floor are immaculate. The community is also very quiet, which speaks to the kind of people renting here. But I'm grateful for that.
Would because it... (Verified Renter) Would because it is generally a really nice building, in a good location, and has lots of great amenities Would not because parking is a hassle and community neighbors are noisy, even at night (and even though the pool area is supposed to be closed at 10PM).
